What is Blood Sugar Friendly™?

Blood Sugar Friendly™ is a multi-category platform of food and supplements built on three structural choices: allulose as the sweetener, no sugar alcohols, and the label math printed plainly on every package. It is not a single product but an organizing principle for modern metabolic food, expressed through lines such as Creatine Reimagined™ and Protein Bar Reimagined™.

What is allulose?

Allulose is a rare sugar that the body does not metabolize the way it metabolizes regular sugar. Under FDA guidance issued in October 2020, allulose is exempt from the Total Sugars and Added Sugars declarations on the Nutrition Facts panel and is counted at 0.4 calories per gram. It is the primary sweetener across Blood Sugar Friendly™ products.

How do you get to 0 g net carbs?

It is the arithmetic printed on every package: total carbohydrate, minus allulose, minus fiber. On most of the line it lands at 0 g net carbs. “Net carbs” is not an FDA-defined term, so we show the subtraction rather than ask you to take the number on trust.

Who are Blood Sugar Friendly™ products for?

They are made for people who still want sweets and the foods they love, but who are paying closer attention to their metabolic health and to how much added sugar they consume.

Should I check with my doctor before trying Blood Sugar Friendly™ products?

If you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medicine, or are managing a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider before adding a new food or supplement to your routine. The same applies before giving a product to a child. Every product page lists the full label and allergens; the protein bars contain milk.

How is Blood Sugar Friendly™ different from other sugar-free products?

Many products labeled sugar-free still rely on sweeteners and bulking agents — such as maltodextrin — that can raise blood sugar. Blood Sugar Friendly™ products are sweetened with allulose, with no sugar alcohols or maltodextrin, and the label math printed plainly on every package.

Orders, shipping and returns

Where do you ship, and how fast?

We ship to addresses in the United States and U.S. territories, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses where the carrier supports them. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery in the contiguous U.S. usually takes 2 to 6 business days after shipping. Rates are shown at checkout.

Can I return an order?

Because these are foods and supplements, orders can't be returned once they ship. If something arrives damaged, defective, expired or wrong, email Team@bloodsugarfriendly.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Any time, with no fee. Log in, open Subscriptions, choose the subscription and select Cancel. It takes effect immediately and you'll get a confirmation email.

Subscriptions and BSF Loyalty Rewards

How does BSF Loyalty Rewards work?

Subscribe and save 5% today. Your discount climbs to 10% on your 3rd order or once you've spent $150, and to 15% on your 6th order or once you've spent $300, whichever comes first. There's nothing to sign up for and no code to enter. Discounts stack with higher quantity bundles.

Can I get the loyalty price without subscribing?

No. The loyalty discount is applied to your subscription price. One-time purchases on our website don't count as orders, but they do count toward your spend. Your first subscription order is 5% off, and you can skip or cancel any time.

What counts toward BSF Loyalty Rewards?

Two things, and whichever reaches the next tier first moves you up: your paid subscription orders, and what you spend on our website — what you pay for products after discounts, minus refunds, including one-time purchases. Shipping, taxes and gift cards don't count, and neither do purchases from other retailers, marketplaces or in person.

Do purchases I made before subscribing count toward BSF Loyalty Rewards?

Yes. When you start your first subscription, everything you've already bought on our website counts toward your spend.

What if I skip a month or switch products on my subscription?

Skipping changes nothing. Switching products, flavors or quantities doesn't affect your tier, and if you have more than one subscription, all your orders and spending count toward one shared progress, so you climb faster.

Can I pause my subscription without losing my loyalty tier?

Yes. Need a break? Pause for up to 90 days and you keep your tier and your order streak. A pause that runs past 90 days is treated like a cancellation from day 90.

What happens to my loyalty tier if I cancel?

Your progress is held for 60 days. Start or restart a subscription within 60 days and you pick up exactly where you left off. After 60 days you start over at Baseline (5%).

Can my loyalty discount go down?

Not while your subscription is active, skipped or paused for up to 90 days. You only go back to Baseline if your subscription stays canceled for more than 60 days.

What's the highest BSF Loyalty Rewards discount?

15% off, at Stable. That's our best price and the top of the ladder. Right now the discount is the reward.

My payment failed. Did I lose my loyalty tier?

No. A failed payment doesn't change your tier or progress. Update your payment details in your account so your next order ships.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Today for your first order, then on the same day of each cycle you chose. We email you three days before every renewal.

Do you have coupon codes?

Where do I see my loyalty tier?

Log in to your account, open your subscription and look for the BSF Loyalty Rewards card. It shows your tier, the full ladder, and your progress to the next tier by orders and by spend.

How much protein is in a Protein Bar Reimagined™ bar?

20 g per 60 g bar — 40% of the Daily Value, with roughly 47% of the bar's 170 calories coming from protein. The protein comes from milk protein concentrate, milk protein isolate and whey protein crisps.

Why is there creatine in Protein Bar Reimagined™?

Each bar carries 4 g of creatine monohydrate — in the 3–5 g range the research is built on — so the protein and the creatine arrive together, with no tub, scoop or shaker.

How does Protein Bar Reimagined™ have 0 g of sugar and 0 g of net carbs?

Sweetness comes from allulose and a trace of fermented Reb M, with no added sugar and no sugar alcohols. Of the 20 g of total carbohydrate on the panel, 12 g is allulose and 8 g is dietary fiber — neither raises blood glucose meaningfully, which is how the net-carb math lands at 0 g.

What is the postbiotic in Protein Bar Reimagined™, and how is it different from a probiotic?

Each bar carries a 10B Postbiotic — heat-treated Lactobacillus casei. Because the culture is heat-treated it is non-viable — a postbiotic, not a probiotic — so it is shelf-stable and needs no refrigeration.

Does Protein Bar Reimagined™ contain allergens?

Yes — the bars contain milk. They are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, peanuts and tree nuts, and do not contain gluten, soy or GMOs.

How do the Protein Bar Reimagined™ flavors differ?

Only in flavor. Every flavor is built on the same chassis, so the protein, fiber, creatine, postbiotic and the 0 g net carbs are identical across the line.

What is Creatine Reimagined™?

Creatine Reimagined™ is a creatine monohydrate dietary supplement in a soft chew format. Each serving of two soft chews delivers 5 g of creatine, with no added sugar, 10 calories and 0 g net carbs. The jar contains 60 soft chews — 30 servings.

How much creatine is in each serving of Creatine Reimagined™?

A full 5 g of creatine monohydrate — the most-studied form — in just two soft chews.

Is Creatine Reimagined™ blood sugar friendly?

Yes. It has 0 g net carbs and no added sugar per serving and is sweetened with allulose, a rare sugar that FDA allows to be left out of Total and Added Sugars on the Nutrition Facts panel.

Does Creatine Reimagined™ contain sugar or sugar alcohols?

It has no added sugar and no sugar alcohols. Creatine Reimagined™ is sweetened with allulose and stevia-free fermented Reb M (OnoSweet®), with no artificial sweeteners, no stevia and no monk fruit.

What are the ingredients in Creatine Reimagined™?

The active is 5 g creatine monohydrate. Other ingredients: soluble tapioca fiber, allulose, microcrystalline cellulose, coconut glycerin, natural flavor, citric acid, MCT oil, turmeric color and fermented Reb M (OnoSweet®). It does not contain gluten, dairy, soy or GMOs.
