The taste

And it tastes like a fudgy brownie.

Deep, dark and uncoated. Cocoa processed with alkali does the coloring and the flavoring, so nothing on the outside cracks or melts. Soft the whole way through.

That part wasn't negotiable. A bar you have to talk yourself into is a bar you stop buying.

No added dye. The color comes from the cocoa.

If low-sugar bars have let you down before.

You were right to be suspicious.

Most of them get there with sugar alcohols. This one uses none. And the net-carb math is the same arithmetic printed on the box:

20 g Total carbohydrate
12 g less Allulose
8 g less Dietary fiber
0 g equals Net carbs

“Net carbs” is not an FDA-defined term. On the Nutrition Facts panel, allulose is excluded from Total and Added Sugars under FDA guidance (October 2020).

The receipts

Five receipts. Each one does a job.

20 g

protein

Enough protein to eat like a meal, in a bar the size of a small portion. 40% of your day.*

*High protein: 20 g per bar, 40% of the Daily Value (21 CFR 101.54(b)).

4 g

creatine

Already in the bar. No tub, no scoop, no shaker.

0 g

added sugars

Sweetened with allulose. No sugar alcohols, no artificial sweeteners.

8 g

fiber

The soluble kind, the gentle kind. Supports satiety.

10 billion

postbiotic

A postbiotic that survives the shelf. No refrigeration.

As of September 2026 we know of no other bar that carries all five. That is the answer to the price.

Your supplement shelf is about to get shorter.

20g
Protein Per Bar

Twenty grams of real milk protein, with crispy protein bits you can actually hear. Then the stuff you'd normally buy in tubs — 4 g creatine, 8 g fiber and a 10-billion postbiotic — folded into chocolate brownie with no added sugar. Allulose Sugar Boosts GLP-1, which naturally curbs appetite. Supports the Body’s Natural Production of GLP-1 & GLP-2.

The whole stack, in one bar

A deep, fudgy brownie built on the full Blood Sugar Friendly™ chassis — cocoa does the coloring and the flavoring, and nothing here adds sugar.

  • No sugar alcohols
  • No artificial flavors
  • No added color

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

What is Protein Bar Reimagined™ Chocolate Brownie?

A deep, fudgy, uncoated brownie — the color and the flavor both come from cocoa, with no added dye. A 60 g protein bar carrying the whole Blood Sugar Friendly™ stack — 20 g of protein (40% of the Daily Value), 8 g of fiber, 4 g of creatine monohydrate and 10 billion postbiotic units, with 0 g of total sugars and 0 g of net carbs at 170 calories.

How much protein is in a bar?

20 g per 60 g bar — 40% of the Daily Value, with roughly 47% of the bar's 170 calories coming from protein. The protein comes from milk protein concentrate, milk protein isolate and whey protein crisps.

Why is there creatine in a protein bar?

Each bar carries 4 g of creatine monohydrate — in the 3–5 g range the research is built on — so the protein and the creatine arrive together, with no tub, scoop or shaker.

How is there 0 g of sugar and 0 g of net carbs?

Sweetness comes from allulose and a trace of fermented Reb M, with no added sugar and no sugar alcohols. Of the 20 g of total carbohydrate on the panel, 12 g is allulose and 8 g is dietary fiber — neither raises blood glucose meaningfully, which is how the net-carb math lands at 0 g.

What is a postbiotic, and how is it different from a probiotic?

Each bar carries a 10B Postbiotic — heat-treated Lactobacillus casei. Because the culture is heat-treated it is non-viable — a postbiotic, not a probiotic — so it is shelf-stable and needs no refrigeration.

Does it contain allergens?

Yes — the bars contain milk. They are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, peanuts and tree nuts, and do not contain gluten, soy or GMOs.

How do the flavors differ?

Only in flavor. Every flavor is built on the same chassis, so the protein, fiber, creatine, postbiotic and the 0 g net carbs are identical across the line.

Can I buy a multipack?

Yes. Every flavor is sold as a 12-count caddy, and the caddy is what you are looking at on this page.

Where do you ship, and how fast?

We ship to addresses in the United States and U.S. territories, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses where the carrier supports them. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery in the contiguous U.S. usually takes 2 to 6 business days after shipping. Rates are shown at checkout.

Can I return an order?

Because these are foods and supplements, orders can't be returned once they ship. If something arrives damaged, defective, expired or wrong, email Team@bloodsugarfriendly.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Any time, with no fee. Log in, open Subscriptions, choose the subscription and select Cancel. It takes effect immediately and you'll get a confirmation email.

The research behind the label

The GLP-1 line on this page rests on the studies below. Two are animal studies and one measured a single dose in healthy adults; a 12-week human trial found no lasting change in incretin hormone levels, so we list it too. The creatine and protein references explain the 4 g creatine and the protein % Daily Value.
