Skip an order and nothing changes. Pause for up to 90 days and you keep your tier and your order streak. Even if you cancel, you have 60 days to come back.
Your history counts
When you start your first subscription, everything you've already bought on our website counts toward your spend. One-time purchases keep counting after that.

What counts toward spend
What you pay for products on our website, after discounts and minus refunds: subscription orders and one-time purchases. Not shipping, taxes or gift cards.
Skip an order
Skip whenever you need to. Nothing changes.
Pause up to 90 days
Need a break? Pause for up to 90 days and you keep your tier and your order streak. Past 90 days, it's treated like a cancellation from day 90.
Switch products freely
Change products, flavors or quantities any time. Have more than one subscription? All your orders count toward the same progress.
Never down while you're subscribed
Skips, pauses up to 90 days and failed payments never lower your tier.
Cancel? 60 days to come back
Your progress is held for 60 days. Start or restart a subscription inside that window and you pick up exactly where you left off. After that, you start over at Baseline.
A failed payment isn't a cancel
Your tier and progress aren't affected. Just update your payment details so your next order can go out.
The top of the ladder
15% off is our best price.
Stable, at 15% off every order, is the top of the ladder. Reach it on your 6th order or once you've spent $300, whichever comes first, and it's yours to keep.
Right now the discount is the reward. We'll share news of any extras when they're ready.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need to sign up or enter a code?
No. Every subscription is part of BSF Loyalty Rewards automatically, and the discount is applied for you. There's nothing to enter at checkout.
When does my discount go up?
On your 3rd order, or once you've spent $150, you move to 10%. On your 6th order, or once you've spent $300, you move to 15%. Whichever comes first. The new discount applies from your next subscription order.
Can I get the loyalty price without subscribing?
No. The loyalty discount is applied to your subscription price. One-time purchases on our website don't count as orders, but they do count toward your spend. Your first subscription order is 5% off, and you can skip or cancel any time.
What counts toward the $150 and $300?
What you pay for products on our website, after discounts and minus any refunds. That includes your subscription orders and your one-time purchases. Shipping, taxes and gift card purchases don't count.
Do purchases I made before subscribing count?
Yes. When you start your first subscription, everything you've already bought on our website counts toward your spend.
Do purchases from other stores count?
No. Only purchases on our website count. Purchases from other retailers, marketplaces or in person don't.
What counts as an order?
Paid subscription orders. One-time purchases don't count as orders, but they do count toward spend.
I have two subscriptions. Do I get two separate progress tracks?
No, and that works in your favor. All your subscription orders and spending count toward one shared progress, so you climb faster.
If I switch products, do I lose my progress?
No. Switching products, flavors or quantities doesn't affect your tier.
Does skipping an order hurt my progress?
No. Skipping changes nothing.
I need a break. What should I do?
Pause instead of canceling. You can pause for up to 90 days and keep your tier and your order streak.
Can my discount go down?
Not while your subscription is active, skipped or paused for up to 90 days. You only go back to Baseline if your subscription stays canceled for more than 60 days. A pause that runs past 90 days counts as a cancellation from day 90.
What's the highest discount?
15% off, at Stable. That's our best price and the top of the ladder.
My payment failed. Did I lose my tier?
No. A failed payment doesn't change your tier or progress. Update your payment details in your account so your next order ships.
Do you have a coupon code?

When am I charged?
Today for your first order, then on the same day of each cycle you chose. We email you three days before every renewal.
Where can I check my progress?
Log in to your account, open your subscription and look for the BSF Loyalty Rewards card. It shows your tier, the full ladder with “You are here”, and your progress to the next tier by orders and by spend.
