How to choose your box.
Which flavor should I start with?
All five flavors share one label: 20 g protein, 4 g creatine monohydrate, 8 g fiber and a 10B postbiotic in each 60 g bar. Only the flavor changes. Chocolate Brownie is deep, dark and uncoated. Caramel Blondie is soft butterscotch, salted caramel and vanilla. Raspberry Shortcake, Blueberry Muffin and Cherry Pie are the three fruit flavors. If you can't decide, start with the one you would order for dessert.
How many bars are in a box, and how long does it last?
Each box holds 12 bars of 60 g (net weight 25.40 oz, 720 g). At one bar a day, a box lasts 12 days.
How is it sweetened?
With allulose and a trace of fermented Reb M (OnoSweet®). There are no sugar alcohols, no artificial sweeteners, no stevia and no monk fruit. Each flavor's page shows the full Nutrition Facts panel and ingredient list.
What about allergens?
Every flavor contains milk. The bars are made in a facility that also processes milk, egg, peanuts and tree nuts. They do not contain gluten or soy.
